Update on proposed re-direction of Ride On route 1 onto Brookville Road

"The County and the State Highway Administration (SHA) have heard the concerns of our residents about the proposed change. As a result of the concerns expressed, the SHA and County staff have been meeting to find a viable solution at the intersection of Leland Street and Connecticut Avenue. To date, SHA has completed their study at this intersection and we are confident that an expedited resolution will be implemented."

"Once a decision is made, our Division of Transit Services will inform all residents of Chevy Chase who have e-mailed or mailed letters of the final decision. This information will also be posted on Transit Services' webpage."
