Noise Ordinance Survey
A survey of Section 5 residents found that:
32 residents oppose any further restrictions being placed on noise in the town;
15 residents favor additional restrictions on noise on Sundays
74 favor placing additional restrictions on noise from 5:00pm Saturday extending through Sunday.
Some respondents to the noise survey asked that additional restrictions be placed on noise other than construction noise.
