Important Information For Residents

  • Section 5 requires a building permit in addition to a County permit
  • Dumpsters may not be placed on public streets or strips
  • Section 5 requires a permit to remove a tree, even a private tree. Contact the manager for a permit (see above for contact information).
  • Household trash and garbage are collected on Tuesdays and Fridays, except for holidays
  • The following recyclables are collected every Monday, except for holidays:
    • Garden and yard trimmings are collected at the curb only, and must be in recyclable bags.
    • Plastic, glass, cans, and aluminum recyclables are collected, at the curb, in green recycling bins
    • Newspapers and mixed paper are collected, at the curb, in blue recycling bins.
  • Heavy trash items are collected two times a year on published dates.
