Important Information For Residents
- Section 5 requires a building permit in addition to a County permit
- Dumpsters may not be placed on public streets or strips
- Section 5 requires a permit to remove a tree, even a private tree. Contact the manager for a permit (see above for contact information).
- Household trash and garbage are collected on Tuesdays and Fridays, except for holidays

The following recyclables are collected every Monday, except for holidays:
- Garden and yard trimmings are collected at the curb only, and must be in recyclable bags.
- Plastic, glass, cans, and aluminum recyclables are collected, at the curb, in green recycling bins
- Newspapers and mixed paper are collected, at the curb, in blue recycling bins.
- Bulk trash items are collected two times a year on published dates.
